All submitted papers must be original and should not have been published in any form before or after the conference.
Authors and co-authors are required to notify their department heads, principals, or guides about their paper submissions to ISIT conferences.
Authors and co-authors must ensure their affiliations are correctly mentioned in the paper.
Papers submitted after the registration deadline will not be accepted.
ISIT will never publish or share authors' or co-authors’ email addresses publicly.
Modifications to author or co-author details post-registration will not be made without written consent from all authors listed on the paper.
ISIT does not publish unregistered papers.
The person submitting the paper is assumed to be the original author. ISIT is not responsible for verifying authorship disputes.
If a complaint regarding plagiarism is received and verified, the paper will be suspended immediately from publication.
Suspended papers will not be republished or redistributed.
Obtaining visas to attend ISIT conferences is the sole responsibility of the participants. ISIT cannot assist in contacting embassies.
ISIT does not guarantee any participant’s visa approval.
Papers submitted as abstracts during registration will not be considered for journal publication.
All participants must register and pay the specified fee before attending the conference.
Participants should regularly check the official conference webpage for updates.
ISIT reserves the right to change the venue or dates of the event. Registered participants will be notified of changes via email or phone.
Participants must refrain from any form of violence or disruptive behavior during the event.
Participants must carry a valid ID card to gain access to the conference venue.
If conference kits are unavailable on the event day, they will be sent via post after the conference.
Late arrivals will not be permitted to present or participate in the conference.
Activists are not permitted to register or attend the conference.

If a conference is canceled or rescheduled, ticket refunds for travel are not ISIT’s responsibility, though registration fees may be refunded.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 10–15 working days. Transaction charges will be borne by the author or listener.
ISIT reserves the right to blacklist individuals or institutions involved in defaming ISIT, spreading misinformation, or violating its rules.
ISIT reserves the right to select papers from its conferences for publication in associated journals.
Authors may request publication in indexed journals (e.g., Scopus, SCI) and will bear the associated costs.
Conference registration fees will not be refunded if a paper is not selected for journal publication.
Selected papers must be extended by at least 20% before submission to associated journals.
The editorial board reserves the right to reject papers during the review process.
All papers are screened for plagiarism. Submissions with unacceptable similarity percentages will be returned for modifications.
Papers found plagiarized before publication will require revisions or may be rejected entirely.
Published papers found to contain plagiarism will be removed until the issue is resolved.
Papers with major plagiarism violations will be permanently removed, and authors will be blacklisted.
Republishing previously published work without significant changes is treated as plagiarism and subject to the same penalties.
ISIT is an independent nonprofit organization and is not affiliated with any university..
ISIT operates under its own rules and guidelines and retains all rights to withdraw papers or cancel registrations.
For any dispute or related violence, it will be discussed and considered only in front of the ‘Judiciary of Chennai’ at Chennai.
ISIT reserves the right to remove papers or participants from its events without prior notice in case of rule violations.
If the organizer cancels the event, you will receive a full credit for the registration fee paid, which can be used for another event within a year.
If the event is postponed, a full credit will be given for future events if you are unable to attend on the new dates.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the conference will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 30-60 days of the conference are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
Virtual participation registrations are non-refundable.
No refund will be provided once the official invitation letter is issued. Non-attendance for personal reasons will not result in a refund, but fees will be credited for participation in future events.
Participants are solely responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
Fully paid registrations can be transferred to another individual from the same organization.
ISIT will not communicate with embassies or consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All participants are responsible for managing their own visa and travel arrangements.
