An Invitation Letter confirms the acceptance of your paper submission and registration by the ISIT conference committee. This letter, issued in English, may support your visa application process; however, please be aware that visa approval is ultimately at the discretion of the embassy or consulate.
Invitation letters are issued only after your registration and payment have been successfully completed.

The ISIT Organizing Committee has no control over the visa application process or the decisions made by embassies or consulates.
The conference does not guarantee visa issuance.
Processing times vary, so we recommend beginning your visa application as soon as possible.
If your visa is denied, the ISIT Organizing Committee cannot intervene or alter the decision made by the embassy or consulate.
