To obtain the Invitation Letter, participants must complete the following steps:
Complete the conference registration and ensure that payment is successfully processed.
A Registration Form link will be shared after confirmation. Participants are required to submit all necessary details accurately.
The submitted information will be reviewed for completeness and correctness.
Upon successful verification, the Invitation Letter will be issued and sent to the participant’s registered email address.
The Invitation Letter is provided only for supporting purposes and does not influence approval decisions.
Processing timelines vary depending on the country and authority. Early application is strongly recommended.
